Yorkshire Dales, TOPS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER.

Take a stroll through the biodiverse landscape of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, stunning limestone scenery laid down on the sea bed of a warm tropical ocean over 300 million years ago, steep sided U and V shaped valleys cut by glaciers, stunning limestone pavements only found in the Yorkshire Dales, Burren in County Clare, Ireland. A rare landscape of upland pastures separated by dry stone walls, grazed by sheep and cattle, across the many limestone pavements rare flora and forna thrive. Here is a landscape where the walker strolls, the summits come second to the scenery.
